David Page

David Page is the Director of Operations for Triumph Properties Group. Since joining Triumph over eighteen years ago, David has been responsible for the property and asset management divisions of Triumph. He developed and implemented strategies which have maximized the performance and value of Triumph's portfolio. David, together with the Triumph management team, is responsible for annual budgeting, review of monthly financial statements, marketing, market rents policies, supervision of new construction and renovation, and contract negotiations.

Prior to joining Triumph, David held a variety of supervisory roles at Lincoln Property Group, HSC Real Estate and Magellan Group, national and regional management companies.

David is a Certified Property Manager, a Quadel certified housing professional and holds a California Real Estate License.
